• It doesn't integrate with other popular tools like Zoom, Slack, Google Calendar, etc. since it's a time-tracking tool and not a full-featured project management application.

What do you use Clockify for?

Clockify is a great project management software for small businesses. We've been using it for over a year, and it has worked well for us so far.

We use Clockify to keep track of our projects and make sure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to deadlines, milestones, and reporting requirements. 

It's also great for keeping track of which resources are being used on which projects and making sure that we are not over- or under-allocating our resources.

The free version of Clockify gives you access to most of the features you would want in a project management software, including task management, milestone tracking, time tracking (with reports), resource allocation tracking (including visual graphs), and more. 

You can even add collaborators from outside your organization if need be; this makes it easy to share documents with clients or other external parties without having to worry about privacy issues or security concerns.

We've found the most useful feature of all is their calendar view—it shows you everything going on at once in one place so you can see what needs attention right away and what can wait until later.

How does Clockify work?

The first thing you need to do is create a project by clicking on the ‘Create New Project’ button in the top right corner of the screen. You can choose between two different types of projects: “Projects” or “Tasks & Timelines”. 

The first one allows you to create projects with unlimited number of tasks and subtasks, while the second one allows you to create tasks and timelines only (no subtasks).

In order to add tasks/timelines into your project, click on ‘New Task’ button in the top toolbar. 

You will see a form where you can fill in all necessary information about your task/timeline: name, description, due date (if applicable), start time and time zone. 

In addition to this information, there are some other things that can be customized such as priority level, category (it will appear on your dashboard), tags (you can add multiple tags) and list members if it's a team-based task....

What is Clockify best used for?

1. You can use it to track your work hours, get better insights on where your time goes, and see which projects are making you the most money.
2. But that's just a part of what Clockify does.
3. You can also use it for better project management, to be more in tune with your team and their work, track employee productivity across different projects, and forecast how long projects will take in the future.

What is Clockify not good at?

• No desktop app. While Clockify does have a browser-based timer, it does not have a native desktop application for Windows, Mac OS or Linux.
• No PTO tracking. While you can create your own custom time off types and track them manually, this isn't adequate for larger organizations that need to track multiple people's time off separately by department.
• No automatic timer. While the one-click start/stop timer is simple and easy to use, there are no automatic timers (like in Toggl) that will record time while you're using your computer or working on specific websites or apps.
